I Have Good Reasons to Drink Distilled Bottled Water

My reasons are that I have to swallow lots of pills every day

There are many choices of water, but what kind of water meets my special needs? I’ve decided to use water that has been distilled. Why you ask?

I have to swallow numerous pills daily. A lot means 42-45 pills a day. Clearly, this is a big number. I have to make sure that I get down all of these pills without getting sick.

For example, I have osteoporosis and have needed to swallow calcium pills every day

Because of some of the medications I have had to take, complications have arisen. I have to take more pills that treat these side-effects. For example, I have osteoporosis and have had to swallow calcium pills each day.This is because of all of the Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. Now, I must swallow two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to reverse my calcium bone loss. This is one reason why I have to get down so many pills each day. As I swallow these pills, I cannot help but notice chemicals that have been added to our tap water.

I’m not sure why, but my town gets water with lots of chlorine. I can taste it easily. Quality reports come with the water bill that say my town’s water has a lot of chemical additives. I’m pretty shocked by this.

I expect that there are chemicals in our water, because the water flows out of nature. But, some of the other stuff is shocking. The water company services a large population, and they have to make sure that our tap water is will not make us sick. Check out the information that your water company gives you, and you’ll see what I mean. Sometimes I would rather not know, yet I’m actually glad I read them.

With distilled bottled water, I can take all my drugs and supplements

One time my brother came to visit me and we had a discussion about chemicals added to the water. Because he travels for a living, and he commented that he always carries purified, distilled water. I asked him why distilled? He commented that it is the water knows is pure. Plus, you can get it in any grocery store.

That was interesting. Before, my only uses for distilled water for baby wipes that had dried out. After learning about his use of distilled water, I’ve had even more intestinal problems. Due to my health, I now have to swallow quite a few more pills. In addition to my Crohn’s drugs, I also must swallow supplements and vitamins, including multivitamins and iron along with a calcium pyruvate 1000mg supplement following my doctor’s orders.

Crohns Disease causes me to be very sensitive to smells that make me throw up. Therefore, I’ve decided to use only distilled water, because I must always swallow all my drugs, supplements and vitamins each day.
