Cervical Artificial Disc

Who I can contact about getting a cervical artificial disc?

I found a website that says that in 2007 one of the “models” had been approved for use by the latter. But I’m being told by some doctors and some websites that none of them have been approved by the FDA. Even if approved, I would be willing to participate in a study so that I could get surgery instead of melting or even expected to be approved if it will be years from now. Does anyone know anything about this?
