Cortisone Injections For Herniated Disc: Any suggestions to relieve back pain?
I have 17 years and have been suffereing of severe lower back pain for over a year. my doctor says it is just a hernia / inflamed SI joint, but the pain is ridiculous! X-ray was normal, MRI showed 3 slightly bulging discs (not the cause of my pain, because the discs do not touch any nerves) I’m in three different medicines, I have tried physical therapy, a chiropractor, prednisone steroid pack, cold laser treatments, everything! My last option is a cortisone injection in my sacroiliac joint, although should I bother? Anyone know from experience how well they work? Do I have other options?
Cortisone Injections For Herniated Disc – Recommended Treatment
Chelsea Hello, Well the first thing ask is what kind of sleeping in bed? Have you tried something as simple as an air mattress? I know it sounds strange, but I have been suffering from a similar problem for years and have tried all types of beds and the one that best suits me is a normal airbag old. It is one of those highly queen. Make sure you have it installed outside the floor when either it can be cold at night. The other thing I found was that helped to shed a few pounds. I have no idea of its weight and was not implying you’re over weight or anything, but that’s what helped me. I also started walking and doing some low impact exercises. I would use drugs as a last resource if they could only mask the problem and not get to the root of your. The medical problem are as friends, if not satisfied go and get a new one. Good luck.

Hi this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
