How short-term work disability?
I've been researching all morning, but did not get very far. My husband has two hernias disc in the back, and his doctor said he could return to work under the light, so he did, but his employer failed to comply with work orders light. After he complained, he said they had no work for him until his back is healed. Does this qualify for disability in the short term?
Does your employer offers short-term disability husbands? Otherwise, it would be sun. Also in this economy, most jobs are at will, which means that an employer can fire anyone without a reason. He might want to look at other jobs you can do while healing, and that your employer has considered they have no work for him and perhaps the writing on the wall. good luck
