Research is ongoing for the pineapple enzyme treatment for herniated disc / sciatica?
I have a herniated disc that is pinching L5 S1 my sciatic nerve. I do not want surgery and hearing about someone who has the injections of the enzyme of pineapple on the disk or spin. This indicated persn it was a great relief. There is little research on treatment. Where I can look. I've been on an epidural for pain and most are gone. With the exception of the sitting for a long time. I do not want surgery. Any ideas?

I have a disk problem that I did not see it in the site.
I have several slipped disks in my chaist disk and lower spinal cord with myelomalacia in my chaist disk between 9 and 11 and I have weakness underneath that to my legs.
I am wondering if chiropracting would help to heal the slipped disks.
