Cauda equina syndrome and military medical discharge?

I think I have cauda equina syndrome due to the way my body has been acting lately. I have been having back pain for 2 years since my time in Boot Camp. To begin with I recently received my results for my lumbar spine MRI and it shows that I have spinal stenosis, nerve root compression of me, and extruded disc herniation. But I've also been having pains and my butt is. My leg went completely numb and left me a couple of times and I have to strain to have a bowel movement. Not to mention I've been going to urinate every 30 minutes an hour. My right leg has been feeling tingling too, like little needles. I have been having a sore neck very well. I have not been in a car accident but this could be my military training and its just me going on now. So I am able to get a medical discharge military tail syndrome horse?
