What happens to my sister?

She has these episodes, "" usually 2-3 times per week and following happens: Your blood pressure goes up (like 145/104), the skin of the face and neck in color, hear rate goes up and she got palpitations, nausea, and she has back pain, ankles, knees, wrists, neck and severe headache. This has been happening for a couple of months and only occurs at night. She went to her doctor and told me it was just she has worked as panic disorder, but she swears it's not a panic attack. Normal blood sugar. Normal weight. She does not drink alcohol. Has anyone ever had this?
