I have an annular tear and a protrusion left on my L5/S1 and a mild pumping in my L4. I've done physical therapy with muscle relaxants anitiInflamatories and just have not had any relief. Some say I should continue with conservative treatment and some say surgery should take to do with it, because I am young enough. I just want better and everyone has opinions about what is my best bet. Anyone have any experience with this situation or similar?
