Pitfalls in the gym for back and body ..
If you go to the gym to be healthy and fit, look good, feel good and care for your ego, then I ask you to take a minute to think about something,
Remember the old adage, “People like to do what they do well and comfortable with”? Are you living that old adage at the gym? Most of the people. They have a routine in the fitness routine is that along with the mechanical equipment that can lead to problems – Or too fast or over time.
Here’s the problem. Work performed may lead to injuries, no doubt. The challenge is knowing how to happen and how prevention. My goal is to protect you from both types of injuries.

Let’s start 5 basic concepts of work in order to show you how easy it is cut in a traumatic way.
* Intensity: How difficult exercise.
* Frequency: How often do you work out.
* Duration: How much time to exercise.
* Progressive Resistance: Using more resistance with each set you perform.
* Progressive Overload: from a higher level of resistance at subsequent workouts.
Each of these principles has the potential to cause injury. But when the two to have a coach or a training partner to encourage them to conduct a more representative week as they fatigue, they come in all sorts of awkward positions to do the job.

Let me begin by describing what muscle imbalances are and then give an example. muscle imbalance can be defined as the strength and flexibility of a muscle group compared to the opposing muscle group. So if you compare the strength and flexibility of the quadriceps to opposing muscle group, hamstrings, in nine of 10 people the quads will be too strong and too short, compared with the hamstrings. That is the definition of having a muscle imbalance.

The quads are always going to be stronger than the muscles hamstrings, so you may be wondering what’s wrong with that. Let me give you some possible examples of what can happen if your quads are out of balance with your hamstrings. As I give this example, we understand that there are other imbalances that often occur at the same time to develop this condition. For example, hip flexors and buttocks may be out of balance too.
When the quads are out of balance with the hamstrings, there can be uneven and excessive wear in the cartilage and ligaments of the knee. The knee is not functioning properly and the conditions will be developed to the point were running or physical activity will be impossible.
Secondly, the balance between the quads and hamstrings keep the pelvis in neutral and stable. But when it is too strong and too quads tight, the pelvis will be pulled in different directions. In some cases the whole pelvis is pulled too far forward. In other cases one side of the pelvis is still ahead more and the hip goes too high, causing the pelvis to rotate. This is very common in physically active women over 40.
When the pelvis is not in the most neutral and most stable possible position, the spine may go into abnormal curvature. Is that the abnormal curvature caused by muscle imbalance that can configured to hip problems, SI joint problems, back problems and sciatica.
