Im 15 and got into an accident about six months ago. I've been in six or seven different doctors and had many tests, MRI, radiography, and the cat is studying. I've also been in physical therapy and a chiropractor all said that physical activity would be good for him as well, i dance, Im a competitive dance squad, and I have PE every day. But the main problem with these traditional treatments is that they can not repair or heal a herniated disc as they do not treat the cause of the problem. For example, even if you were to have surgery and get some pain relief, the fact is the dysfunctions that caused the disc herniation in the first place are still there and if not addressed, will continue to place uneven pressure and strain on the discs and sooner or later you will probably have another problem with that disc, or others. Without identifying and treating the underlying cause the problem, which is the physical dysfunctions caused by imbalances in muscles, is likely to continue suffering with this disease and that the eruptions continued for years.
